Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from North Threads. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we've got you covered.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original ship date.
- All returns will be issued store credit in the form of a North Threads E-Gift Card.
- Exchanges for the same item in a different size are available at the same price.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Apparel:
We accept returns for any reason on unworn, unwashed, and tagged items. All returns must be free of stains, deodorant, makeup, perfume, smoke, and any other sign of damage/wear. Your original receipt is required to process your return.
Footwear:
We accept footwear returns for any reason on unworn and undamaged items. The original box or packaging must be clean and undamaged.
Gift Cards, Jewelry, Swimwear, Underwear, Hats, Bedding, and Bath Towels:
These items are not eligible for returns.
Online Orders
Any returns or exchanges resulting from an online order must be shipped back to our location via the carrier of your choice.
All sale or discounted items are final sale.
